    Maybe it was you who told me about it.  It sounds like I need to go do some research and find some regulation -- anything -- that came out of it so I have an excuse to build a diary around it.  It's just too good to let pass.  ;-)

      many people died when the holding tank for the molasses flood gave way ... including children who were playing by the tank and collecting molasses that was leaking from the tank.
