      not sure that I don't.  But even if it is an ethnicity, does that mean "non-white."  An "ethnic" Italian is still considered white.

        was originally meant to suggest European subdivisions. (It still has some of that connotation: when someone is described as "looking ethnic," what that usually means is that the person looks white, but dark-complexioned.) But the term has acquired a more all-inclusive definition, that can sometimes be cross-racial.

      on any form, whether or not I was Jewish.

      I HAVE been asked whether I was Caucasian, African-American, Hispanic, etc.

      If they're white, then you should tell that to Stromfront.com
