    As I mentioned above, the LH and I will be traveling there soon, and I noticed taxes on things like hotels, car rental etc. and they seemed pretty steep (i.e., 25% tax on the car rental).

    Of course we have sales taxes here too. Do you have any idea what percentage of the Norwegian government revenue comes from this type of taxation? And how does it impact on ordinary Norwegians?

    The only thing we have to fear is fear itself.
