  •  Privatization is un-American! (0+ / 0-)

Think about it.  Government agencies have to follow their laws and regulations, which are public. The agencies and the elected officials who run them and who make the rules are accountable to the People (if we vote).  And we have constitutional rights against the government. No matter if you're rich, poor, old, young, man, woman, whatever race, nationality, we all are supposed to be treated equally by the government, and according to the laws. It's called DUE PROCESS.

We don't have constitutional rights against private companies, which have contracted with the government or are entirely private.  Our rights then are in contract, except we third parties don't have privity of contract with the private companies, or in tort, except tort reform has taken away the incentives for attorneys to take cases. Which means we're screwed.

All privatization has done has turned this country from a democracy into a Mussolini wet dream (he defined fascism as the merger of the corporation with the State).

    Sorry, I don't date Republicans.
