    I'm up to 48 cups of the black, 24 cups of the red so far in the freezer.  Picked up 60 8 oz canning jars and a lot of certo and sealing wax.  That jam is so close I can taste it already :)

    I think I've been picking the purslane out of my garden as a weed, though.  First the burdock, now that.  Beginning to think just about everything in my yard was already edible before I even started shopping for organic heritage veggies to plant.

      It's amazing to me how many people toss good food on their compost heaps.

      Just keep reading and you might find yourself letting your garden grow itself. :)
