    But an Indiana appellate court already rejected a challenge to the state's DOMA, as I recall.  Something to remind your state legislators of: Ruth Morrison v. Doris Ann Sadler was the case, don't have the cite, but think it was a 2004 decision.

      Alec82 - nice catch.  We remind them of that all the time, but ya know how people like that love to point to judges in other states to say "we don't want none of them liberal judges making decisions here in God's country." To which I always wanna point out to the dumbasses, that Massachusetts judges don't work in Indiana. LOL.

      Can I have my gay marriage, if I sign up for Promisekeepers, Sen. Ensign?
