    Wait until you see the sites where superpressurized CO2 will be stored captured by "clean coal" generating plants Congress is helping us get via the latest "global warming" legislation, and the pipelines which will connect them to these 'secure' storage repositories.

    Hint: Coal ash at least has something of a tendency to stay in one place. A "secure" repository for CO2 or a superpressurized CO2 pipeline is something that you don't want in your back yard. And the transportation pipelines for this "clean coal" CO2 are going to be far too extensive to be kept in the back yards of the poor.
