    saying I had never had a truly bad teacher.  There were three that I remember even decades later as truly bad.  I was implying that teacher evaluations, especially those that seriously consider students input, do not necessarily identify some of the best teachers, because at the time, the evaluators, especially if they are students, often do not recognize until much later how great a teacher they loathed truly was.

    I am also saying that an estimated 50% (no good data for this figure) of present teachers maybe should not be teachers, and that the colleges of education should be better gatekeepers since very close to 100% of teachers must graduate from a college of education.
