    At least he was fairly obvious in his stance on peace, being against war, and wanting all to live as one.  I don't have a clue what Elvis believed in, nor Michael Jackson.  Sure he sang about race in a song, but there was just too much scandal, too much glitz, too much over-the-top lifestyle (Neverland).  He sang some catchy tunes, but as far as a person with any depth, I don't believe he had any at all.  I think he spent far too much time hating himself and trying to cut as much away with a scalpel as he could to the point of becoming a sad joke at the end of his life.  Any death is sad, but as far as being a person of true substance, Lennon was by far the best example.

    Keep your head up and be hopeful. Just remember to look at what you are stepping in once in a while...
