      I think Yo pwns Dave Grohl. . .of course that's just my being a fan..... but let's not get into it here. :) I don't want to start drama and I have a bad tendency to do that in "who's the best drummer" discussions ;)

        to note that Dave Grohl was not even the best drummer in Seattle when he arrived there from D.C. That would have been Matt Cameron, first of Soundgarden, now with Pearl Jam.

        Followed by Barrett Martin, in Screaming Trees.

        And then Dan Peters, of Mudhoney, surely the Ringo Starr of Seattle, and in a whole other category.
