...you distort what's being written in them in your comments on a regular basis, as well.

The links are all there, and if you take the time to read the stories behind them--fake the objectivity although I know it'll be a stretch--you'll see the clearcut statements with regard to the frontrunning functionality of the platforms and processes involved, as well.

Then again, if you don't wish to acknowledge what's there in those stories, just continue on as you rant here...I would expect nothing less.

But, in the event you do really want to approach this in a legitimate fashion, the two links towards the bottom of this diary concerning HIGH FREQUENCY TRADING  would be a good place to start.

...on others' works and stories...if you have a problem with the facts as I present them, then take it up with the folks that present them to the public.

I'm not misrepresenting a damn thing here...despite your off-the-wall comments otherwise.

      •  No Facts (0+ / 0-)

You have presented no facts of Goldman doing anything illegal, or even any specific law. All you're presenting is namecalling and innuendo. You're totally irresponsible, and you should stop.

    •  Where Are the Facts? (0+ / 0-)

I am not trolling, not in the least. I have posted direct questions of the most basic sort: where is the evidence that Goldman is illegally trading on info derived from anywhere but public sources and its own analysis?

Instead of answering them, you ignored them, and now attack me calling me a troll. You claim you have facts that show Goldman "illegally frontrunning", but all you have are links to other articles that do not show that.

I read those linked articles about "flash" trading, but they don't even mention Goldman, and don't even support a claim that there's even a consensus that such trading is even illegal. Even if Goldman did it, for which there's no evidence.

Your rebuttal? That I'm trolling. That I should read your links if I'm "serious". I just debunked your use of those linked articles, in the post to which you replied which you're evidently not even reading.

Hell, the first diary of yours I replied to had at least 3 different "definitions" of frontrunning, none of which came with evidence of Goldman doing them, or a law barring them.

You're a fraud, and a slanderer. Even if your stopped clock is somehow randomly guessing that Goldman is indeed illegally trading on unauthorized info, your accusations of it have no evidence, and no presented law. And your attempt to argue with my by merely repeating baseless assertions while calling me a troll just show that you've got nothing.

You should stop posting these irresponsible diaries. And learn to take a proper rebuttal, instead of just plugging your ears and calling the rebutter names.
