A lot of Americans are getting fed up and are getting involved.  The Tea Party thing was huge and we missed it.

These ordinary, decent people aren't going to war: they are going to vote out incumbants, Republican and Democrat (they don't like either), and are going after "honest men (and women)" to be "captains of horse (or, at least, state legislators)."

Which was called kicking the GOP out of office. But yes, that momentum must be maintained.

      Ummmmm....no?

      ....and we missed it.

If we ever want the LaRouchies, Holocaust deniers, and moon landing skeptics, they'll still be there.

      •  Got knews for you, friend: (0+ / 0-)

lots of ordinary people are coming together, most of whom weren't involved before.  Talk to them and reach some common ground or watch the gains made in '06 and '08 go away.

They aren't necessarily hostile to what you believe: rather they are furious about things like the NYS Senate impasse.  There is real, palpable hostility to entrenched political power and Democrats are in power now.

    •  good point; in the 1980s when farmers were... (2+ / 0-)

being foreclosed, the left sat on its collective ass discussing critical theory and deconstructionism, while the right went in and mobilized those farmers.

Let's not make that mistake again.

    •  Wow, I really caught myself a troll :D (6+ / 0-)

      Wow, just wow.

People HR this guy, he is spamming this site at full speed promoting racism, teabaggers, and calls our president a Communist.

      •  i don't think so. (0+ / 0-)

A quick look at the guy's comments show one or two downrates and mostly uprates.  Not everyone who occasionally says something unpopular is a troll.

If you're going to make an accusation of that kind, you need to back it up with specifics, otherwise you lose credibility around here real fast.

        •  A lot of people uprate for no reason. example: (0+ / 0-)

For this exact guy Slinkerwink gave him an uprate after he was TR'd by 5 other people.

Slink went and looked at his Freeper INC comments and posts and removed his TR.

I stand by this HR 100% and my credibility still shines.

It is your credibility I challenge now, I could even accuse you of sockpuppeting him, 24 hours later you hit my comment up?

Read his comments and posts, if I am liar, please report me to admin.
