    Exactly how far does one get to push the sedition envelope?  Because this seems like clear threats of harm to one's fellow citizens.  I guess we have to wait 'til they actually start killing folks...

      Otherwise, it's just hearsay and the police can't act.

      is when they make specific threats or plans for violent acts.

      Though personally I like the idea of busting them for common thug crimes, for example robberies, meth labs, and so on.  There was a group called The Order back in the 90s, who were white supremacist nutjobs who funded themselves with bank robberies.  They couldn't tell the jury that they were doing it for God and Country, could they?  Hell no.  They're still serving their sentences and they have been forgotten.  That's the outcome we're looking for.  Lock 'em up and forget 'em.
