    And your condescending tone reeks.

more magical thinking here than informed and thoughtful discussions.  Health care in the US is an individual disaster for a small portion of the population, a problem about half -- but the other half are quite satisfied.  What is given little to no attention is the fact that a nation that spends 17% of GDP on health care is headed for an economic disaster.

What FDR giveth; GWB taketh away.

Speak or be spoken for. This is the lesson learned over the last 8 years.

      •  You are!!! (0+ / 0-)

        That's what this is!

I looked at your other comments and they are all structured toward things that will:

        1.  Keep you in your current situation
        1.  Not cost you any more
        1.  Somehow justify not getting other covered, because it would cost "us" meaning you, and is "unsustainable" meaning you don't think it's something we have to do, or something like that.

        So, Marie?

Did you know I'm happy where I'm at now?  Sure I got screwed, and now I'm ok coverage wise.  And the brutal thing is it's coming at others expense too.

I can't forget losing everything and almost losing my wife though.  That tends to give a person perspective.

We need single payer, or we need a public plan that everybody can buy into.

Then we start down the hard road of working on costs until it makes sense.

Other nations do this, we can do this.

Speak or be spoken for. This is the lesson learned over the last 8 years.

what exactly? Raising the tenor of the debate?

What a petulant and childish justification for an assertion you just admitted was ridiculous.

The crooks are leaving have left office, unprosecuted and scot-free.
