    but this does seem to be pretty exciting news.  We use contact lens in dogs for corneal ulcer repair sometimes.  If the same lens had drugs we'd be much better off.  

    For people with glaucoma this must be a real boon if the system works out.  The article spoke to the trouble with delivery.  Drops are unpredictable and then you have patient compliance.  People are such messy patients.  :)

      how do you get a contact lens on a dog?  How do you get the dog to actually leave the contact lens on its eye.  I'm going to guess The Cone of Shame, right?

        followed by the cone of shame works well.  Even then some dogs will remove the device.  I can only imagine long term treatment for glaucoma using the system.
