I read the water diary earlier today
so I have a question about what happens with the water used in mixing cement? Does it evaporate & return to be used again? or is it lost for ever

That diary has some powerfull facts in it.
20 years to turn water use 180*
Or mother nature is gonna thin things out her way

through evaporation.  Much is trapped in the material and thus not available.

Water may be a more pressing issue than oil at the rate we are going.  What will humankind do without water?  Can we face the situation and find rational solutions or we will revert to our usual militaristic stance?

      Peace.

the world will go to war within 20 years over water
or that's one of the points I got out of it.
for millions years the life has relied on the same amount of water that's on earth. in the last 300 years or so we have started to polute that water more each day. with the amount used to generate electricity alone we have big problems ahead.
        I just keep reading
one day my head will explode !

        LOL

the same dire predictions for a long time now.  Just look at the looming disaster in the American southwest and in Australia.  People become very possessive when lives are threatened.

          Peace.

But the risk of an exploding head is so much better than a head stuck in the sand.  "If I don't see it is is not real."  Deniers get me.  I need facts.  Even if facts are frightening at least with facts we can begin to deal with reality and hope to avoid the worst.

          Peace.
