    ....will vote against it anyway. Aanestad? Nielsen? I doubt they're even seeing straight at this point in light of the report about the necessary release of 27,000 inmates.

    No, I believe I'll call my new, soon-to-be legislators (Mark Leno and Fiona Ma) and tell them to vote NO on this set of accounting tricks lest I withhold any and all material and financial support from any state Democrat who thinks they deserve my vote.

      Would that help to relieve some of the pressure?

        is that what would happen would be that they would turn the Mexicans over the INS for deportation. They are also talking about releasing elderly and terminally ill prisoners. That of course would put additional strain on local services that they are depriving of funds.

        The whole thing is an absurdist fairy tail.
