superglue all sorts of unpleasant pictures of torture victims to his office door, write the word "torturer" in permanent black magic marker on the door to his office, ask disruptive questions in class, show up to class dressed in an orange jumpsuit, distribute literature into his colleagues campus mailbox.

make it so he has to quit his job to get any peace, and then follow him to the next one.

as long as no one punches him or physically attacks him, there's not shit he can do.  it's not even slander to write all sorts of horrible things about him if they're true.

just get under his skin until he totally flips out.

so many annoying, irritating, maddening, and perfectly legal tactics.

actually a number of those things would be illegal.

But hey!  Perhaps we can get an ambitious state's attorney to redefine "vandalism" to include only the defacement of another's personal property in a manner so severe as to threaten the continued existence of that property.

the thing is with the vandalism, you do it in such a way that you don't get caught.

the signs/pictures stuck to the door would probably be better done with very sticky tape, so he has to remove them every. single. day.

but a lot of it's not illegal.  is it illegal to yell "hey you're that guy that had all those innocent people tortured!" in the grocery?

          i don't think so.

as you'd be jailed for stalking tout suite.

        Better:

Every single day post (as many times as he tears it down) one of those big-screen-size Post=It Notes identifying him as "TORTURE MEMO AUTHOR JOHN YOO" on his office door, on the door of his car, and on the door of the classroom(s) where he "teach"es.
