    the argument that Lewin's studies---data from which support a public option, for instance---could be used to politically bludgeon Republicans for cherry-picking their information.

    Why so needlessly pour gas on this, Jed? A post that's only going to be filled with endless conspiracy f-bomb comments?

    I agree that any outfit wedded to an insurance giant should be seriously questioned, but the facts seem to be (from the WaPo article you linked to) that Levin does indeed publish information that doesn't fit the insurance narrative.
