    They always assume a danger to children, no matter the offense or the target of the offense. They never assume that someone will target their proven target group again unless the group is under 18 years of age.

    Considering the push away from places children are, I fully expect some day to read about a person who raped an elderly woman, did his time in jail, had county and state laws tell him the only place he could reside in the area was next to the assisted living and nursing home developments far from the general residential areas where children are, and then went on a recidivism crime spree.

    Hoping and praying that the empty chairs and empty tables in Iran when all is said and done are as few as possible.
