    balancing on one of those exercise balls.

    I probably shouldn't have tried to use it for kick the can... talk about havoc.

      that I use to do my push-ups. I hate push-ups, because I've always had poor chest muscle tone (unlike my back muscles, which are bitching!) and I hate any kind of exercise that require me to get down on the floor like that. The BOSU ball can make push-ups either easier or hardier, depending on how you position yourself. I rest my knees on it, so it's easier.
