for a crime that FACTS prove you didn't commit, and then tell me about drama.
Do you even know the facts of the "drama" you refer to?
    Obviously not.

      •  Matthiessen's book for the facts (4+ / 0-)

That's hundreds of pages, in enough detail for anyone, but hardly to be reproduced in a comment.  If you actually want to know the story, go there.  If you just want to kvetch and throw pebbles from the sidelines, you aren't worth the trouble.

Pine Ridge in the 1970s (and a lot of the rest of Indian country, too) was pretty wild in the 70s.  I lived in a household at that time where my car was the only one without a bullethole in it, and we were under surveillance - visibly so, with the intention to intimidate.

Michael Apted's "Thunderheart" for some truth related to the story - albeit in fictional form.  One of the actors in that one, John Trudell, playing the falsely accused, was off in DC doing some movement something.  While he was away from home, his wife and three young children were all killed when his house (at Pyramid Lake IIRC - 1979 according to wiki) was torched.  Nobody got prosecuted for that one.  That's a fact!

Blessed are those who can laugh at themselves, for they shall always be amused.

truthm you would be looking them up, not arguing here.
LOE gave you resources for facts, hope you used them, and are educated by the time you see this.
