    Without Kitsap County, Gregoire is (temporarily) ahead by 1487 votes.  But in the initial count, Rossi led in Kitsap by 1563 votes.  So if there was no change in Kitsap, Rossi would come out 76 votes ahead.

    RonK reports that the differential is 42, which means either that the new votes in Kitsap (not yet public) favored Gregoire by 34 votes, or that he did something strange in his spreadsheet.  It's probably the former rather than the latter.

    In any case, DAMN close.  And we'll be back for more fun in the Neverending Race...
