    If he wasn't born in Kenya, then he lost it by some theoretical adoption by Soetero and moving to Indonesia.  If he didn't lose it that way, then he isn't a natural born citizen by virtue of the fact that his birth father wasn't an American citizen.

    In their world, unless you can track your ancestors back to being American citizens (or at least white) prior to 1860, then you're ineligible.....

    The "choice" offered by capital is illusory. If you cannot afford the choice, you don't have the freedom to choose.
