      •  Well, that depends (0+ / 0-)

Do you now accept that the complaints about antisemitism at Durban are grounded, well grounded, and not mere Zionist propaganda for you to wave away?

I see antisemitism mentioned so much because being anti Arab and anti Palestinian is tolerated in the mainstream. If we have the same standard for all people then not attending the conference in protest would have been rightly regarded as a racist act against those people. Pro Israel forces love to spin their racism as defending the homeland. It has all been done before.

and at the moment, I don't have a great deal of time, but it will be the first thing I read when I do, promise, and I'll get back to you.

Though, it seems a bit odd that people would be selling that such things with the intent of spreading racism as opposed to selling historical examples of such things.

But did you see any of the Durban 2 video? As I mention somewhere, some of the main panelists had little to do with IP, but were more concerned with African American racism, Indian racism, and I think the Holocaust survivor had a wide ranging speech. It was worth seeing and interesting up to the point MA made an ass of himself.

Though, I'm not making an excuse for it, but I would be interested in seeing such things as I really haven't seen them before. (Not sure if I mentioned, but I was working on a library exhibition some time ago where they had examples of banned material and books, propaganda and such, and I think that is rather interesting. Likewise, some in my family think Harry Potter is satanic, so, that has always given me a laugh. I'm not so easily persuaded by such things, just so you know.)
