    Irony of all ironies.

Reform without, at the very least, a robust Public Option in lieu of a financially-sound Single Payer system, is no reform.

Without competition at a lower cost from a Public Option plan, the private insurers will simply continue to delay, deny and refuse payment for services recommended as 'medically necessary' by their treating doctor.

Because the profit-margin will still be the bottom line, when it comes to medical care.

Without a robust Public Option to contain costs thru negotiation for drugs and DME, open to anyone from day with no recission or exclusions for pre-existing conditions - there is no reform.

If we wanted Insurance Reform, then we would have asked for it.

We asked for, and now we're demanding, Healthcare Reform.
