    If there's a shortage, and people who can pay get the vaccines, and poor people are killed off by a pandemic, well, it's exactly what their starve-the-public-sector agenda seeks to accomplish.

    "If they would rather die," said Scrooge, "they had better do it, and decrease the surplus population."

    The problem with decreasing the surplus population is that fewer hands will be around to do the same work, leading to labor shortages and... oh my... increased wages as employers compete for workers. The same thing happened in medieval Europe after the Black Death. Shipping the work to China wouldn't make a difference; they would get hit at least as hard as the US.

    Thus, such a sucky scenario would certainly not play out -- Bush-league's masters wouldn't let it happen.
