        on an open message board? How is this significant then? Frankly, in the UK, his career probably would have been better subsidized than here and he would have had an easier road to training. But if it's just the thoughts of some random poster, so what?

          Am I the only person that has read that 14-16 million people in the UK have private insurance, so why is this an issue with Lance Armstrong or any other person that can afford it? Why is it that people overlook the fact if you have your own insurance, you don't care about rationing unless your insurance company rations your care, which they do now anyway. I guess that's never an issue until you personally face the wrath and your company decides for you if you'll live or die.
