even more alarming is the degree of glee that so many here are showing. Yay, the government is intimidating and harassing anybody who dares to dissent from the "approved" orthodoxy!

Lord, if Bush had done this to, say, the trial lawyers at a time they were opposing tort reform, this site would (rightly) be screaming about the violation of civil liberties, tyranny and fascism! But since it's aimed at those awful insurance companies, I guess it's OK...

Some people have principles. Others, I guess, are just interested in the exercise of brute power and punishing anybody who stands in their way.

Your term "glee" is correct.  I normally would back off responding to people at this point because I know when I am outnumbered.  But I am shocked by the bloodthirsty "glee" over this action.  It's insane.  This type of action will be used against people on this site once others are in power.  Don't they get that?  Apparently not.

But it's their turn now. They've got the Power now and they're going to use it - time to get even. Until 4 years ( :) )from now when the other side will have the Power and they'll be sure to use it to get back at this side .... and on and on as the government keeps growing with each cycle.
