    No one has noticed this but Coleman has effectively assumed Al Franken's old position at Harvard where he spent a few years doing research on his books. Franken was able to use that fellowship to build up a network of students, some of who eventually went to work for him at Air America and now work as Senate aides.

    This Harvard position won't work out well for Coleman, since unlike Franken, he is no Pied Piper that can attract the best and the brightest.
