    are saying that a HCR victory (b/c nothing succeeds like success), especially combined with an even incrementally improving economy, are key ingredients to a stable (or merely small losses in each house) Democratic 2010. Pundits are forgetting that the timing of the HCR debate was planned; fingers crossed we get a decent bill, we will have 13+ months to move beyond this and even anticipate the value of the reform. It's just ludicrous to start declaring victory for Republicans who remain universally loathed. That said, if Dems don't get anything done, of course people will turn on them.
