    about the brutality of the Nazis and the Japs to hide our own brutality, as Kurt Vonnegut pointed out in Slaughterhouse Five.

    The propaganda continues.

    It's always the fault of the Other.

    I kinda like the base concept that Perfectionism, as a subset of Ideological Thinking, leads to this sort of intolerance and exclusion of the Other.

    Unfortunately, nowadays it always seems to be too successful.

    Maybe we don't need constant iterations of the brutalities of the past.
