      The fact that Hatch refused to negotiate on healthcare this year in the two committees he sits on that are considering it, even with his "good friend" Ted Kennedy makes his words sound hollow.

      So what are we supposed to let go? When Hatch votes for the Ted Kennedy Healthcare Reform Act, then I'll credit him with goodwill and friendship and all those other warm squishy things. Until then, he can pound sand.

        that he never compromised his ideals.

        Now i may totally disagree with Hatch's conservative ideals but i would be disingenuous to say he is only a good friend if he compromises them!!
