    Harpswell Mainer and am looking forward to this campaign. If the people of Maine turn out and vote to preserve marriage equality, it will be HUGE. It will be marriage equality approved by the people. Although it boils my blood for the people to be voting on my rights, if it is to be then it is going to be a fight like Maine has never seen. The other side will get real ugly real fast, and the people of Maine will see them for what they are.

    It is time for progressives to take to the streets! Go to your representative's townhall meeting!

      and I will say to you, Rumarhazzit:

      I'm sorry that our state is having to go through this now; this issue should have been dealt with decades ago when first introduced in the Legislature. I'm sorry that I have more rights than you, for not one logical reason I can name, and I will fight and work my damndest until all Mainers have the same rights- not just here, but nationally.
