    Preaching a philosophical acceptability of violence is noit the same as direct, imminent incitement. the former is protected by the 1st Amnendment as interpreted in Brandenburg, Yates, and Noto. Direct incitement, ie "there he is get him now" is not.

      Why is this not direct? It is not philosophy, he is advocating killing one person directly. Not a group, or a philosophy.

        Those I've seen, fall under the general "God would not consider it murder," ie philosophical. If you've got one where he actually, specifically directs an assasination, I've yet to see it. If such a quote exists, it would indeed be prosecutable.
