    It sure looks like that horse we dreamed of is turning into a gold plated camel dressed up for presentation to the Health Insurance Industry.

    But, reality is the current Health Reform packages being worked through Congress are going to face numerous tests from all sides when the issue takes form and is passed.

    I am not of the opinion that the logic "just like car insurance" will pass Constitutional muster.

    Driving has been held a privilige, not a right.

    Freedom, Liberty, and Life, are Constitutional by definition, and passing legislation that requires fines or purchasing for profit Insurance will have a Libertarian challenge that is likely to cause great anguish.

    While this USSC bends over backwards for Corporations, I am not sure what track the 'mandated commerce' legislation will find with Scalia and Thomas. There may be concurrence from the Left.
