    Whether Land sactions her remains to be seen.

    I don't know Land, but based on the results of similar stunts by Republicans, I ain't holdin' my breath.

      She's trying to get the judge to lose his cool and overstep his authority. I suspect the judge won't play that game. It reminds me of the two crazy lawyers (Noel and Knoller) in the San Francisco dog-mauling case from a few years back. They were clearly behaving outrageously in the hopes that they'd get a conviction that could be overturned.
