      If this was true, then it would be a blatant violation of the National Labor Relations Act and the SEIU and/or the individual housekeepers should file a complaint with the NLRB.

      That might not get them anywhere, though, since Hyatt quite explicitly said it had a long-term plan to outsource the Boston jobs to temp agencies as part of its business strategy.

      Hyatt has made a clear and conscious choice to force the pain and suffering of its economic problems on its poorest and most defenseless employees.
