Well that would be a first for the GOP in 20 years.

Please spare me, if we can't take out a Republican, if we don't have the stomach for it then we have no chance.

Let me drop this ad just to wake you up:

    •  I didn't say I agree with her (0+ / 0-)

But from her position, as a Republican, she's negotiating in good faith.

She did vote for the stimulus and numerous Dem amendments today.

I'm shocked to learn that 1 in 12 Americans do not know that the bird, is in fact, that word.

only after we compromised it to worthlessness.
The stim should be bashed as a failure with 50% of it going out as tax cuts.
Imagine how many more jobs we could have had we not let her negotiate.

Im sorry, but bipartisanship does not exist, it is an easy tool for the GOP to marginalize those in our party who'se sense of decorum, right/wrong or whatever marginalizes their political prowess and strategies.

We would be much better off eliminating any conservatives willing to risk pretending to compromise with us.
We need to show Maine voters that Snowe is a fraud when she says she is willing to work with us.

The GOP is on it's way to becoming a regional party god willing, and Collins and Snowe stand in the way.

        •  The fact that you said the Stimulus (3+ / 0-)

          was worthless is preposterous.

As much as I agree that spending has more bang for the buck than tax cuts, the tax cuts DID make a measurable impact.

Why?  Because most of the spending is only getting going now.   The only thing that took immediate effect was the tax cuts, and it's already been proven that the stimulus has helped the economy.

When you say the stimulus is worthless and should be bashed as a failure, you are basically exposing yourself to be a huckster and someone who cannot confront any reality that conflicts with a pre-existing worldview.

but why let facts get in the way?
