    Here's the text again, up to the relevant part:

    (I) that disseminates information by print, broadcast, cable, satellite, mechanical, photographic, electronic, or other means; and
    (II) that—

    (aa) publishes a newspaper, book, magazine, or other periodical;

    Other periodical....
    Arguably, Daily Kos meets the definition if it sends out one periodical a year to subscribers. This could be construed as a hand-out at Netroots Nation. For that matter, if Markos reaches an agreement to have future books come out under a DailyKos imprint, that would qualify the organization as the publisher of a book.

    Or we could have an optional subscription to the site which would cover the production and publication costs of one or more periodicals a year.
