    Do you have any idea what the difference would be between requiring a high payout percentage (90%+ range) and simply requiring that insurance companies be non-profit?

      A company could spend huge amounts on bonuses, junkets, administration and corporate jets instead of spending it on health care.

        I was told in high school that's where the college board put the SAT money. Corporate headquarters renovations and expansions don't count as profit.

        Hoping and praying that the empty chairs and empty tables in Iran when all is said and done are as few as possible.
