    Yes, they will game the system anyway they can, and our government has been all to happy to let them. It'll only take very strong regulation to stop it--or a strong universal coverage option.

    I also am starting to think we, as the people this Congress represents but clearly who they don't work actually for, demand that Congress' healthcare benefits are stripped until they enact legislation that is justice of the American people, and not simply more easy breaks for the insurance companies. And send all those doctors and other specialists who have had cushy jobs caring for Congressbastards all these years out into the real world of health care, like where the rest of our health care professionals have to work.

    Not too long ago, a few (very few) Congressmemebers tried to live on $3 a day--the amount of money many welfare recipients receive per person int he household to buy food--and it really opened their eyes. They genuinely did not realize how impossible that is, with food costs today. So there is definitely precedent that Congress is that clueless and myopic and that they may need drastic measures to become genuinely aware of the real problem.
