    Something well over half. It's timed to begin escalating in '10 to neutralize Republican its-the-economy-stupid election messaging.

    Living in the rust belt that used to supply Detroit, I see the suffering the delay is causing, but I also see the need to try to keep the Democrats in power. This depression is so severe yet the right has such message power and big donor power now that Dems have begun daring to challenge business, that we could easily give the place back to the Republicans and that'd be the end of everything.
