    There is a lot of selfishness and ugliness on the "No" side of reform. I think Keith was setting up his commentary rhetorically to make us ask ourselves what sort of society do we wish to be. Were I share the same level of pettiness that birth-baggers showcase at townhall meetings I suppose I'd offer this ultimatum: As an early 40 something I contribute to what is Medicare. If it is going into the red within the next 6 years the chance of my being able to depend on it 25 years from now is low. If we cannot create Medicare for all now then perhaps its time for me to stop contributing to Medicare I'll never see. (please note I do not advocate this, rather its a way for me to underscore that, as Harry Tuttle the heating engineer said, "we're all in this together".)
