    A. Nobel that the the experimentally verified is more important than the theoretical, even though some theoreticians (not just in physics!)don't live to be justly rewarded. I've been taught standard accepted "regular" sciences by theoreticians who, outside of the classroom, may have been correct or loons.

    That's kind of the point in theoretical constructs, as long as they are internally consistent, fine. But the Nobel prizes rightly only recognize the verified.

    P.S. That's not to denigrate the theoretician. If not for those who propose, there would be no progress at all.

    P.P.S. I wish you guys would stop finding new particles! Or at least slow down. I'm old now, the math just gives me a headache.

    All evil needs to succeed is for good people to say "the votes aren't there in the Senate."
