    with her vote today.

    Now she has the luxury of voting against the final bill and she can come off all betrayed, etc. if she doesn't get her concessions.  She can then say it was the Dems who refused bipartisan cooperation. The Dems sure played this stupidly.

      I think she understands that she still has to make significant concessions, and she has to be reasonable about her demands.

        that the Dems wanted bipartisan support enough to promise her a final bill not too different than the Finance committee bill (i.e. no public option - or a public option with triggers).
