    The STATE of TEXAS executed this man.  That means that each man, woman, and child that reside in the state are responsible for it.  

    Because this is true, anyone in the state should be able to get any and all information on the case at any time, INCLUDING after the execution.  ESPECIALLY when it concerns a last-minute reprieve possibility.

    If Perry maintains that he can keep his review of the case secret, then the entire process falls apart.  And millions of Texans can never be sure whether or not they've executed an innocent man.

    Governor Perry's stance is similar to George W. Bush's:  

    "Trust me.  I'm always right.
