    is bluer than most, if not all, rural counties in the north.  It's not north vs. south, it's rural vs. urban.  There are more rural residents in the south than there are in the north, so the statewide poll numbers skew to the right.  The urban areas, however, are liberal.

      And GA-02 is mostly rural, yet favors the public option by 75%.
