    So, India's per-capita is 6% of that of the US, and hence if the US per-capita emissions drops by 94% then we'll be producing CO2 at the same rate as an average person in India. Dropping 75% would put us on par with the Chinese.

    At the same time, India's per-capita is only 24% if Chinese per-capita, and so if China's reduces per-capita by 76%, then they will on par with the Indians.
