    more that California tends to be the extreme case.  I harp on the point at times, but it's true - New York is one of the more intensely regionalized states.  People tend to get focused on what's going on in New York City, or whatever policy stand goes there.  The problem is that once you're outside the city limits, you might find that it's not a consideration at all - or that the rest of the state's against it.  I looked at the formal registration figures for the state, and it's actually amazing - in NYC, Democrats have an overwhelming advantage.  Outside of there, it's either more even, or Republicans have the registration advantage.  

    I think that I have had enough of you telling me how things will be. Today I choose a new way to go ... and it goes through you!
